Every zweisterne piece of jewelery is packed in sustainable packaging made of paper and cardboard, so that it is optimally protected for shipping.

The dispatch takes place with the Austrian Post and the delivery time is depending on the delivery address 2-5 working days (EU) up to 3-4 weeks (USA, Canada, Asia). If you want to know the exact delivery time, send us an email: contact@zweisterne.com

Shipping costs

Standard parcel - Austria and EU - free of shipping costs

Standard parcel - US, Canada, Israel - €20,- per item

Standard parcel - Rest of the world - €30,- per item

Custom Costs

There may be customs costs for your order outside the EU, these cannot be calculated in advance and must be paid by the recipient. These fees are usually charged to you when the package is delivered.
