WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our products are entirely handmade in Austria.
MAINTANANCE
HOW DO I CLEAN THE SILVER?
You can use a regular, dry, silver-cleaning cloth to clean your pendant. Please never use liquid cleaners.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE GLASS?
You can use a regular, dry, glass-cleaning cloth, like you use for eyeglasses. Please never use liquid cleaners or wet cleaning cloth.
ARE YOUR PENDANTS WATER RESISTANT?
No, they are not. To keep your plants safe please take the necklace off before you take a shower or bath, or go to the beach!

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Absolutely: you can return a purchased item within 14 days of receiving your order without giving reasons. Please note: for a safe return it is absolutely necessary that the jewelry is sent back in the original packing. We cannot accept any other packing. All information on withdrawal please find in our legalities page.

MY PLANTS CHANGED / LOST THEIR COLOR. CAN I GET A REFILL FOR MY PENDANT?
Yes, you can. Like everything else in our world, plants change with time. Sometimes you like that change, and sometimes you do not, and that is completely okay. We offer a replacement service. Please contact via our contact form or send an email to contact@zweisterne.com.
OH NO! I DROPPED MY PENDANT IN THE BATHROOM AND THE GLASS BROKE! WHAT CAN I DO?
Shit happens! Of course we offer a repair service performed by our silver smith! Ee do all we can to save your pendant and to get it back to you, as soon as possible. We have different services available to help you with this! Please contact us!
